. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .3 pounds lean sirloin steak, cut 1 1/2 inches thick
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1/4 c. green onions, bias-cut 1/4inch thick
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1/4 c. sliced, pitted ripe olives

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .In small saucepan, cook garlic in oil until tender. Remove from
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .heat. Stir in vinegar, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, sweetener and
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .basil. Set aside. Slice fat on steak edges in 1 inch intervals.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Place meat in heavy zip-lock plastic bag; pour in marinade. Seal;
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning several times. Drain meat,
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .reserving marinade. Pat meat with paper towel. Place on grill with
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .medium coals for 10 to 15 minutes, brushing occasionally with
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .marinade. Turn; grill other side 10 to 15 minutes for medium
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .doneness. Meanwhile, combine reserved marinade, mushrooms, onions
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .and olives in small saucepan. Heat. Remove meat to platter; spoon
