I began on a High Protein - Low Carbohydrate
diet on
July 2, 1998
and am convinced it is the eating lifestyle
I will follow, hopefully, forever.
I feel great, have no cravings,
am satisfied at meals, eat any amount I want
and snack on protein

I read Dr. Atkin's book and Barry Sears book to discover I am a
carbohydrate addict and I need to stay away from them to be
