2 Co 5:16 (NIV) So from now on
we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once
regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer.
17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new
creation; the old has gone, the new has come!
18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself
through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation:
19 that God was reconciling the world to himself in
Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And he has
committed to us the message of reconciliation.
20 We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God
were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's
behalf: Be reconciled to God.
21 God made him who had no sin to be sin for us,
so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

God's Promise
God didn't promise days without
pain, laughter without sorrow or sun without rain,
But God did promise strength
for the day, comfort for the tears and a light for the way.
And for all who believe in His
kingdom above,
He answers their faith with
everlasting love.

The words of the unknown author are nice and they
rhyme. They are intended to give hope and faith to us.
But what they miss is the Good News that Jesus brought to mankind.
That Good News is God's kingdom is at hand. Not only is the
kingdom above, but it is here. Jesus was in God's kingdom
while he walked the earth. That is what he meant when he said
God's kingdom is near. Through the sacrifice of Jesus the
annointed one, those who believe are in God's kingdom here on earth.
We are saved. We are sanctified.
We are healed. We are the children of the Father God. That is
the Good News.

Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all
that is within me, bless His holy name. Bless the LORD, O my
soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine
iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
Psalm 103:1-3

A young David reminds himself of all
God does for him. He is talking to himself. Reminding
himself to keep God always in his heart and mind. Continually
blessing the Lord will bless you. God's grace: healing, joy,
prosperity are yours now. Jesus said if you remember Me I will
remember you. Keep the Lord always on you mind. The rewards
are great, both now and in the age to come.

As children bring their broken toys With tears for
us to mend. I brought my broken dreams to God Because He was
my Friend.
But instead of leaving Him In peace to work
alone. I hung around and tried to help With ways that were my
own.
At last I snatched them back and cried. "How can
You be so slow?" "My child," He said. "What
could I do?" "You never let them go."

Contemplate
If we trust in the Lord, He can do his work.
Continuing to worry about cares you have turned over to the Lord
brings two unwanted result:
The pain of our concerns continues to effect our lives in negative ways.
Our continued worry shows a lack of faith in
the Lord's ability to work his wonders in our lives.
Trust in
the Lord. He is faithful. He will bring you peace and wash
your tears away.

God Has Plans For YOU
You may feel lost or you may feel as if you have it
all together. Or you may be somewhere between the two.
There is a way to make sure you live up to your potential.
========================
"For I know the plans I have for you" declares the
Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give
you hope and a future." Jer 29:11 (NIV) For we are
God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works,
which God prepared in advance for us to do.
Eph 2:10 (NIV)
