During June weather again curtailed combat operations. On the 13th, B-25s attacked the railway bridge at Meza on the Mandalay-Myitkyina line. The bridge at Myitnge was hit on the 15th by B-25s, and on the 22nd Ywataung and Monywa were attacked.
During June the following unit movements took place:
The 21st Photographic Squadron (Light), Fourteenth Air Force arrived at Bishnupur, India from the US with F-5's on the 27th.
HQ 80th Fighter Group and it's 88th and 90th Fighter Squadrons arrive at Karachi, India from the US with P-40's on the 28th.
The 89th Fighter Squadron, 80th Fighter Group arrives at Karachi, India from the US with P-40's on the 29th.
