SAVES, Inc. is the acronym for a not for profit corporation formed on the North Fork of Long Island, New York, to reduce the size of the local stray cat population. The groups' primary mission is to SPAY, ALTER, and VACCINATE EVERY STRAY living iin this area, thus alleviating suffering of countless felines and enabling the area to maintain an ecological balance.

SAVES, Inc. promotes humane population control through the trap, sterilize, vaccinate and release method, releasing cats into supervised areas. SAVES, Inc. has received its 501C3 from the Federal Government and is a registered charity in New York State.
