Fees, Scholarship and other details

The fees at the RIMC are highly subsidised by the government. In fact, the food and the lodgings are absolutely free. The standards of food with the free ration scales for cadets substantially higher than that authorised to the officers of the Indian Army, would be an envy to any institution anywhere. It includes 200 gms of meat, 2 1/2 eggs and 500 ml milk daily.

There are numerous Scholarships from the Central Government and the State Governments. The scholarships take away complete financial burden from the parents of the deserving candidates. The eligibility for scholarships is based on income or merit. The details I shall paste on these pages as soon as I get them.
