Why Fitness Assessment?
In order to determine the right workout routine and the meal planning, we will first need to set you up with a Fitness Assessment session, which involves measuring your body fat folds, the sizes of your waist, chest, hip, arm, thigh, and shoulder,  testing your flexibility, cardiovascular, strength, and muscular endurance.  This is necessary as we will need to assess your body composition, fitness level, lifestyle, and personal goals to help you achieve your goals.
Why is metabolism important?
Your metabolism determines how many calories you expend within a day and provides a benchmark as to how much you should eat to lose, gain, or maintain weight.  If you don't know your RMR, you don't know how much your should eat and exercise to meet your goals.  The Fitness Training Weight Management Program is designed around your unique metabolism and individual goals.

What is RMR? RMR or Resting Metabolic Rate is the amount of calorie  your body takes in at rest.  With the BodyGem test, it will give us an accurately measure of your caloric intake level.

What is personalized nutrition?
Each individual has a different measurement, a unique RMR.  Using the BodyGem test, we know your RMR and your body composition which enable us to accurately determine your appropriate calorie level to build your meal plans.

Tracking/Logging Your Daily Intake
Your metabolism determines how many calories you expend within a day and provides a benchmark as to how much you should eat to lose, gain, or maintain weight.
