After living as a gunslinger for years, all Luke Majors wanted was to live the quite life. But while trying to get a loan at the bank, Luke gets caught up in the middle of a hold up. The town throws him in jail with the other robbers caught and blame him for shooting the bank manager. In order to save his skin Luke goes undercover as a new member of the El Diablo gang. Meanwhile the town put a bounty on him, DEAD OR ALIVE. Fearing that Luke would be brought in DEAD rather than alive, Cody Jamison is asked to bring him in. Cody has made a living at using her femininity to catch some of the worst criminals without having to shoot them. Cody and Luke join up together. But Luke better hold on 'cause he's in for a wild ride.
