Comments: This first show set the pattern for many others to follow, with only three originals in the pack, keeping with Vic's Playbill assertion that most Phoenician audiences "can't handle more than four originals before wondering aloud where the nearest wet T-shirt night is being held." All these songs were repeated at least once in the first ten shows except for the Beach Boys' "Here Today. This went over surprisingly well--the instrumental break was choreographed with Serene tearing a photo of Mike Love in time with the music. Fight the real enemy indeed.
