The immediate complex has private gardens with two swimming pools for use solely by the residents (the complex is mainly residential and the pools are lightly used). The complex is protected by security gates on all entrances for added security. |

If a larger more lively pool is required this is available at the Orruela Country Club only 200 metres walk away. The facilities of the club are available to all local residents and in addition to the large pool these include tennis courts, childrens’ pool, British Type Bar and Pool Bar, exclusive restaurant (the prices at the club are very reasonable). A further 500 metres brings you to the beach at La Zenia with further bars supermarkets and Restaurants. |

The Port Aventurra Water Park is situated between the complex and Torrevieja. |
|

|
Several Restaurants are available within half a mile, 2 miles inland is the excellent Piazza of Villa Martin Golf Complex with its bars and restaurants. 4 miles along the coast are all the facilities of the town of Torrevieja. |
