  Bubblegum Crisis. This is a very good cyberpunk series. The story is about Knight Sabers, a group of mercenaries who wanted to bring down Genom Corporation. Genom Corp build robots called boomers that causes havoc all over Tokyo. Although the police want to arrest them, some of the policemen supports Knight Sabers because they have the firepower to bring down those boomers. Very cool series, nice soundtrack, good storyline and cool animations, recommended for starters who like cyberpunk stuff. Later on the series continued on to Bubblegum Crash but I reckon it is not as good as Bubblegum Crisis.
