I
want to first apologize for not writing here recently. A lot
of great things have been happening in my life recently....I have no idea
where to start sharing. For those who care, I've decided not to get
the Mayes guitar. God was telling me that I didn't need it now, and a few
days later I listened and cancelled my order. So any of you that want a
very nice instrument go check John out (he's working on for steven curtis
chapman soon). OK enough of the shameless plugs.
You know how you never appreciate anything until you loose it? Well as
some of you know I'm bald now (see message board) and the days
leading up to the Rally, I caught my self looking in the mirror cherishing
my hair....but not too much.... So today was the first cold, windy, rainy
day since I lost my hair, and I've found myself missing what I once
had. I'm writing this for only one thing....to ask you
something.....What are you thankful for? I know it's not
thanksgiving....but we should be thankful everyday for even the tiniest
thing. Ponder on this.....What if you woke up tomorrow and you lost
something....could you live knowing that you were never thankful for what
you once had?
I'd love to hear what you think, you can email me or post on the board.
But really, stop and give thanks to the One who deserves it.
