I am a 17 year old female and a Junior at High School. I was at around the age of 14 when I was staying the night at my step-sister Jennifer's house. I had been staying there with her quit a few nights lately. That evening I was helping them get ready for a garage sale. I was crawling around the floor chasing a little baby and Jennifer's step dad BJ JENKINS pinched my butt. At the time I really didn't think much about it, even though it did bother me. I told my boyfriend that night what he did and he did not like it , he wished I would go home. I just told him that BJ and me were close and that he probably didn't mean to do that. Well later that night I got of the phone with my boyfriend and went to sleep somewhat late that evening. It was about 4:30 or so that morning that I was woke up by a feeling down in my private area. So I turned over and thought I had been dreaming. Then I felt it again. That time I look over the bed and saw BJ laying by the bed on the floor. I jumped up and turn over to wake my step-sister up. At that time BJ had crawled out of the room. I finally got Jennifer awake and tried to explain what had just happen, but I was too upset and crying that she could not understand me. Finally she understood and BJ walked in and asked what was wrong and Jennifer told him to leave. She also asked him why he did that and very calmly he said "Oh sweetie I would do that to you". Then he left. Jennifer then told me not tell anyone because she didn't want know one to think bad about her, and that her mom would not believe me. I said Ok because I was scared and then I laid in bed no being able to sleep. That morning I called my mom and asked her when she was going to come and get me and she said on my lunch hour (12:00). I said Ok and hung up. Not even 2 minutes later I called her back asking her to come and get me now if she could. At that time she knew something was wrong and came and picked up Jennifer and me. I would not tell her at first until we had got home and she was doing laundry. I went done there crying and told her everything that had happened. She then called Mike my step dad and Jennifer's real dad to come home to tell him what had happened. Then we talked to the police. Finally he had gotten 7 months in jail and could serve it on weekends. About 1 month later he died of an Heart attack. Now is wife is remarried and suing the sheriff's department for 2 million dollars because of his death. This was after 2 years, she is a bitch and she just doesn't stop!
