Hi my name is Lora, what IM about to tell you is absolutely true. In July of 1992, I was brutally raped beaten beyond recognition, and stabbed 42 times. This was one by a man I was aquatinted with. I allowed him to sleep on my couch one night and Guess he didn't want to sleep there. He came in to my room several times. Each time I told him to get out. The third and final time he came in I told him to leave, He refused and put a bar be cue fork to my neck. He punctured the side of my neck then preceded to rape me. When he was finished he asked me why I didn't enjoy it. Then he lunged at my throat and stabbed me. Then end result was that I was stabbed 42 times, broken nose, broke cheek bone, loosened teeth, punctured lung, paralyzed hand, heart stopped twice and I needed 10 blood transfusions. I am a very optimistic person, I am so grateful that I lived through this. My whole life has changed because of this. I never felt ashamed humiliated I always felt that HE was the rapist not ME. Let him have those feelings, because I refuse just like that night to let him destroy me. Thanks for letting me share my story I will be on the LEEZA SHOW on JULY 29th on NBC Lora
