EASY MARINADE OR BASTING SAUCE FOR BEEF OR LAMB!
Ingredients Needed!
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper.
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
1 teaspoon grated onion.
2 tablespoon oil, water, and Balsamic vinegar.
1 1/2 teaspoon dried sage, crumbled.
1 1/2 teaspoon coarse grain mustard.
Mix well, place meat in glass baking dish and pour marinade over, cover with plastic wrap.
Keep refrigerated, turning over once.
15 minutes, and your are ready to cook your meat on the BBQ!
Use left-over marinade for basting!
This quantity of marinade is enough for one ( 1 pound ) of meat.
More meat, prepare more marinade.
Broil for 4 to 6 minutes on each side or to desired done-ness.
