BUTTER TARTS!
Ingredients!
PRE-HEAT OVEN 425*F
2 eggs.
1 cup of brown sugar.
1 tablespoon of melted butter.
1 tablespoon of vinegar.
1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
1 to 2 tablespoon of milk.
1 cup raisins.
Line muffin tins with your own or store bought pastry.
Place raisins in bottom.
Pour your prepared mixture over raisins, filling 1/2 to 3/4 of muffin area.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in 425*F oven.
TIP: Use a small gravy laddle to spoon your mixture into each muffin space.
Place cookie sheet on lower oven rack to gather spill if any! ( I hate a messy oven! )
