THE SPOTLIGHT

Spotlight recognizes every woman; mothers, daughters, grandmothers, neighbors, who exemplify the word of God in their everyday lives.

I know this will come as a total surprise to her, but I'm shining the spotlight on my sister, Barbara Moody, from Lake Wales, Florida. Barbara is the mother of 3 children and grandmother of 4. She is a school bus driver and is currently continuing her education by pursuing a degree in Elementary Education.

My sister is a special person, who has triumphed over many obstacles. She has literally shown me endurance, strength, perseverance and patience by the way she lives her life. I can't imagine going through the hardships she's been through. I thank God that she is here today and that she is a part of my life. She's very friendly, and she has a wonderful personality. We can go into any store and it's guaranteed that she will meet someone she knows. It never fails!

To Barbara: "I don't think I've ever told you this, but I want you to know that you are very special to me. Even though I call you all times of the day and night, and play on the phone, I do love you. I believe that's what little sisters are for!
