Sue is one of our straight, yes I said straight, members. She has been married for over 50 years and her son is gay. Her son is enjoying a 25 year relationship with his partner and they both are active in the chorus as well. This is her first year as a board member. Sue is retired from the food service industry. She is also active with PFLAG of Jacksonville. Sue started getting involved with the chorus in 1999 when she worked in the 5th section. Later, she decided that she wanted to sing and now is part of the soprano section.
