MG/DWB Story...

For over 400 years, six cryo-cloning capsules slowly grow life in its cold depths. The DNA of six of humanity's finest is cloned, and the clones gradually mature, receiving memories and skills that will be vital to them. Their donor's experiences will be invaluable in helping them to perform their task when they eventually emerge from cryosleep.

But something goes wrong. 468 years into the mission, the ship's biomass computer needs to summon two of the crew--a hostile alien ship is threatening the mission, and the computer cannot take care of it.

When Yuna (Nicole deBoer) and Reb (Gordon Michael Woolvett) are awakened, they do not know who they are, where they are, why they are there or what happened to them. Or what is attacking them. But as their bodies begin to re-align themselves to their surroundings and situation, they regain some of their memories and get the Deepwater out of danger--temporarily.

To be able to truly survive, though, Reb and Yuna realize that they will need the entire crew. Bren (Jason Cadieux), Gret (Kelli Taylor), Zak (Craig Kirkwood), and Lise (Sara Sahr) are soon also awakened and they successfully defeat the aliens.

All six have tremendous skill and knowledge in their fields, but their personalities are incredibly different--the 50-year trip that is still left will not be easy. But all of them know that they'll have to put their heads together and overcome their differences in order to survive.

A cloud of mystery is also draped over their mission and their identities, because they were awakened prematurely. They will rediscover just who they are/who they are supposed to be while learning about each other.

With the assistance of their biomass computer, Gen (Julie Khaner), the long, 50-year journey towards Earth goes on...

Now that you know what happened to them, find out why!
Or, you can find out what has happened to them so far in the Mission Records on
Deck 8.
