HI there...welcome to my LINKS page. Here I would like to show you some of the sites that I regularly visit when I'm on the Net. Most of these sites, I find interesting, and very informative. As compared to my previous site, the links here are pretty much updated. Some of the old links were already expired.. so here's a list of new ones. Do enjoy these links as much as I did... :)

NELSON RANGELL - This is THE official page of Nelson Rangell, who is maintained by a young sax player, Jesse Fox Brunner. Nelson fans...this is THE page for you.

BRANFORD MARSALIS - The website for one of modern jazz most fantastic saxophonist, Branford Marsalis. Check out his new album Requiem.
MICHAEL BRECKER - Michael Brecker's official site!
YELLOWJACKETS ONLINE - This is the official site of the popular fusion group, Yellowjackets.
DAVID LIEBMAN - The website of one of the most outstanding soprano saxophonist in jazz.. Dave Liebman.
ART PORTER - This site is created in tribute to the late Art Porter, who drowned when a boat capsized in Thailand, during a jazz fest in 1996. Contains his discography, some notes on Art, and some sound samples. Check it out if you're an Art Porter fan.
CHARLIE PARKER - One of jazz's most influential and ground-breaking players, Charlie "Bird" Parker (or commonly known as Bird), master of the Alto Sax. ALL Sax players should check out this site!
VINCENT HERRING - This is the website one of the most powerful saxophone players in the likes of Coltrane and Charlie Parker.

THE INTERNATIONAL SAXOPHONE HOMEPAGE - THE homepage for the saxophone! However, it seems that there isn't much updates on this page.THE WOODWIND & BRASSWIND - The online store for .. brass and wind instruments, of course! Check out the online catalog in Adobe Acrobat format.
L.A.SAX COMPANY - This is the site for LASax saxophones and other LASax products. Check out their new line of straight saxophones!!
THE SELMER COMPANY - This is THE homepage for the best saxophones in the market..well, almost. If you're a sax player... you MUST go in there!
ROVNER PRODUCTS - This is the website for Rovner ligatures and mouthpieces.
VANDOREN- For sax players, the name Vandoren is synonymous with good reeds. Well, at least MOST of us think so. This is the website for Vandoren products. There's a page for Vandoren artists, Vandoren mouthpieces and reeds specifications, and more. A MUST check out site for sax players!
VIRTUAL SAX LESSONS - This site is a virtual sax lesson site by Stu Reynolds. Good bet to check out for beginners and intermediate sax players.
THE SAXOPHONE SHOP - Another online saxophone and wind instrument retailer. You can check out their online catalog and see what products they sell and the prices as well. An alternative to purchasing sax stuff online.
RICO REEDS - This is THE website for Rico Reeds and its products.
ALTISSIMO SAXOPHONE SITE - a cool saxophone site with sounds, movie clips, sax techniques, sax finger charts, and some cool sax-playing articles. Definitely worth checking out!
SAXOPHONE RESOURCES BY HARRI RAUTIAINEN - This is another Geocities site for saxophones! Very comprehensive I might add.... a definite NOT-TO-BE-MISSED site for saxophonists young and old!
SAXOPHONE JOURNAL - This is the website for the well-known saxophone magazine. You can subscribe to them online, and download some great articles in Adobe Acrobat format.

DAVID BENOIT - The website of one of contemporary jazz's most critically-acclaimed pianist, David Benoit. This page is created and maintained by his wife, Jean Wang, who incidentally maintain's Eric Marienthal's website. Another cool page to check out!MILES DAVIS - This is THE website for critically-acclaimed trumpeter, Miles Davis. Everything you need to know about the great Miles is found in this site. A MUST see for all jazz fans!
BILL EVANS ORGANISATION - Need I say more? Bill Evans, one of jazz history's most influential pianist... a MUST check out!
CHARLIE HUNTER ONLINE - The only jazz guitarist I know who actually plays an 8 (YES...that's an EIGHT) string guitar. Must check him out!
PAT METHENY - Another fantastic jazz guitarist to check out!
DAVE WECKL - This is the official homepage of one of the greatest drummers of our time, Dave Weckl and his keyboardist, Jay Oliver. Really cool site to check out.
DOWNBEATJAZZ.COM- The official website for Down Beat magazine, one of jazz most sought-after magazine. Check out the sound files!

WINDPLAYER ONLINE - As its name implies, it's the website for the magazine of the same name.
JAZZ IMPROVISATION PRIMER BY MIKE SABATELLA - This is an excellent jazz improvisation primer. Also gives basic tips about harmony and group playing. Definitely worth checking out!!
JAZZ ARTISTS - This site is sort of like a search engine for jazz artists and its corresponding links. You can either search by instrument of search by artist names.
BLUE NOTE HOME PAGE - This is the site for the Blue Note jazz club. You can listen to archived live jazz concerts by guest performing artists in Real Audio format, become a member of the Blue Note Club, and check out the events going on in that club. Really cool site to check out.
LIVECONCERTS.COM- You can check out live performances by jazz and non-jazz artists on this site. Archived concerts are also in Real Audio format.
JAZZ CORNER - a website to host websites for artists for musicians and organizations. With links to many jazz AND saxophone players with sound clips, message boards and more.
CONTEMPORARYJAZZ.COM- The website for contemporary jazz fans. With many links such as release dates for contemporary jazz albums, links to CDNOW, message boards, Top Ten contemporary jazz albums today and 5 years ago, and more. One of the main sources of information on the contemporary jazz scene.
JOHN GREENE'S JAZZ ONLINE - This is the site of the host for the jazz program Saturday Jazz in Perth on the RTR FM 92.1 station. I listened to this program when I was studying in Perth. Very good.. do check it out.
PERTH IN THE JAZZ WEB - This is the site to give a guide on the what's-going-on's in the Perth jazz scene.
BLUE NOTE ONLINE - the website for the Blue Note jazz label.WARNER BROS. JAZZSPACE - another cool page for the Warner Bros. Jazz division. Label for artists such as Joshua Redman (really cool fella!), Kenny Garrett, Kirk Whalum, Brad Meldhau, and more. Worth checking out!
VERVE MUSIC GROUP - Looks like Verve Records merged with GRP, Impulse, Blue Thumb, and Vintage Vault. Very interesting site too look into.
COLUMBIA JAZZ - This is probably one of the oldest jazz labels you can get in the world. Houses great players such as Branford Marsalis and Miles Davis. Another good one to check out if you're a jazz fan.

JONATHAN'S HOMIE - The web page of one of my IRC friend, piKeY. Really cool page by a really cool guy. DO check it out.. it has some nice poems and stories.
TMNET SUCKS - This homepage was done by one of my IRC friends in my hometown who's pretty disgruntled with the poor service our local ISPs provide. Quite amusing...:)

'nuff said.McAFEE.COM - This is the website of one of the biggest anti-virus software company. It has some really cool stuff such as online Virusscan, and Y2K compliance checks, and downloadable latest virus patterns.
CDNOW- This is the online site for CD shopping, where you can buy your CDs online. And you can definitely get your jazz CDs here. So check it out. There are song samples for most of the CDs, so you can listen before you buy.
ALTAVISTA- This is one of the most reliable search engines around.
YAHOO! - Another good search engine to check out.
HOTMAIL or YAHOO! Mail - Free online e-mails anyone?
THE STAR ONLINE - This is the website of one of Malaysia's leading newspaper. It covers a wide range of reporting, whether in the local scene as well as overseas news. Very informative and recommendable!
DYNAMIC DRIVE DHTML CODE LIBRARY - This is a website which talks about DHTML and Javascript. It also offers free java applets and DHTML tutorials. Really cool site to check out.
COOL ARCHIVES - This is where I get some of my icons from. Very nice site.

Has some MP3's of some of his songs you can check out, has some info on himself, pictures, reviews, and more. Good site to check out.PAULA COLE - This is the website for the famous Paula Cole, who has released hits such as Where Have All The Cowboys Gone? and I Don't Want To Wait. I think she is one very talented singer AND musician as well. This is her official Warner Bros. site. Do check it out.
