Governing Documents

The Birchfield Woods Cluster Association is a Virginia non-stock corporation. As such, it is subject to the following state statutues:

• Property Owner's Association Act
• Virginia Non-Stock Corporation Act

Various Fairfax County ordinances also apply.

This cluster association is also a part of Reston, and is therefore subject to the Protective Covenants, Articles of Incorporation, and Bylaws of Reston Association.
