You may have noticed the "III" after our son's name. That's because he's named after his grandfather, giving me three Prestons to contend with--son, father & father-in-law. Preston completed two years at Peninsula College in Port Angeles, WA, two years at Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA, and has earned several Associate of Arts degrees in Business and Accounting. He currently works at one of our local drug stores and enjoys the computer, especially now that we have broadband.
He has been quite active in our church youth group and had the opportunity to take several mission's trips with the NW District Assemblies AIM program, one to Australia in 1996 and one to Paraguay in 1997. Those trips have made a lasting impression on him and his view of the world. He also enjoyed playing the tuba in the high school band and participated in an ensemble group, as well.

Preston is often mistaken for being the strong, silent type. He's actually quite funny when you get to know him and takes after his mother quite a bit. We usually know right where he is, either reading a book or playing on his computer. (It's great to have someone in-house who can help Mom and Dad with all their computer questions.) Since he does his own laundry and mows the lawn he's a welcome addition around the house.
