Goodies from Company's Coming!

It's finally done! I sincerely hope you find something here you like, none of the recipes listed here require anything out of the ordinary. Just good food, easy to prepare, delicious to eat. 	Slow Cooker Recipes	This is the newest book in my Company's Coming collection. If you don't have a crock pot, run out and get one right away! I've had mine less than 2 weeks and already wonder how I ever got along without one. Here is how to make Boston Baked Beans and Ginger Chicken.
	Casseroles	The Casserole book has some of the easiest, quickest and tastiest meals to make for your family. My copy is splattered and dog-eared. I'm including recipes for Hamburger Corn Bake, and Chicken Hurry.
	Muffins & More	This is Jean Paré's third book. If you like muffins and stuff, this one is a must! Coffee cakes, pancakes, syrups, doughnuts, quickbreads and of course, muffins! I've chosen to include Cranberry Coffee Cake and Foolproof Doughnuts.
	Breads	Nothing beats the smell and taste of homemade bread. This gem is loaded with choices for every type of bread you can think of. A couple of my favourites are Oatmeal Batter Bread and the Butterhorns. There are lots of recipes for your bread machine too. I haven't tried them because I don't have a bread machine. : )
	Dinners of the World	Who doesn't like Chinese food? Or spicy foods from India or Mexico? This book also has some wonderful meals from Italy, Germany, France, Britain and of course the US and Canada! Try the Vindaloo with Chapati, or how about Fried Mozarella. (GREAT with red pepper jelly!)
	Meatless Cooking	Vegetables and grains never had it so good. My hubby is a definate 'meat&potato' kind of guy, but even he has raved about the dishes I've made from this book. Make them as a main dish, or serve them as a side dish; either way, they're yummy! For Sharon, I'm including Cheesy Rice and Chick Pea Patties.
	Preserves	My canning skills are almost nil, but I keep meaning to try some of the more time consuming preserves from this book. There are lots of Freezer Jams that require no skill, and there are recipes for Baby Food here as well!
