Hanging up the Spurs Leaving Yakima
Trip to California

Back in Washington |
Born in the early 50's,
Stray the first born son of a logger and Steph the first born daughter of teachers and
were destined to meet 12 years later in a small dusty desert town of Othello WA. USA. It
may have been love at first sight but the relationship was to be as rugged and hilly as
the town in which they first meet. Stray grew up on a farm that was taken away from the
desert 25 miles from the nearest town of 1800. Steph grew up with as much refinement
as a sparsely populated region could allow. Through it all two boys were born, raised by
their mother and are now on their own. Eventually Steph and Stray got back together and
struggled to make a small sign shop work in a small community, but Steph always had to
nurse to make ends meet. The "business" out grew Stray's ability to manage it and
combined with arthritis Stray simply had to hang up the spurs. So now were on the road,
and were having a lot of fun so
far, cross your fingers. |
