She has exercised race horses at the BELMONT race track in New York. She has exercised horses for D.Wayne Lukas, Julie Krone, and Donna Barton Brothers. Julie calls Kris "her bug" ( in the racing world --meaning apprentice jockey ).
Donna Barton (also world famous female jockey) has helped guide Kristals career enormously. While at CHURCHILL DOWNS, Donna watched over her, and helped to guide her career. Kris began racing at Ellis Park after getting her licence at churchill downs. That is where she rode her first race on july 4th,2000. After several races, she won her first race (Aug 12,2000) at ELLIS PARK in Henderson Kentucky aboard a horse called Resignation. She has since won on every track in Kentucky and is currently takeing a break from racing and living in Louisville.

I would like to share some of her art and poetry with you. The poems and artwork shown below are but a small portion of numerous works--I ( as her father )--have saved hundreds of drawings since she was little--and I will add more as I have the time. All art work is pencil--and when she was 8, her drawings looked like photos.
