Lydia Marcelia Hall was born on 21 May 1848 at Gilmer County, Virginia. Lydia Marcelia Hall was also known as Lydia Marcella Hall. She was the daughter of John Hall and Rebecca Springston. She married Samuel Lewis Bush, son of Thomas W. Bush and Anna Maria Arnold, on 7 June 1866. She and Samuel Lewis Bush had 5 children. She died in 1937. She died on 21 April 1937 at Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, at age 88.

Silas Fry Hall was born on 1 April 1850 at Gilmer County, Virginia. He was the son of John Hall and Rebecca Springston. He died on 22 April 1851 at Gilmer County, Virginia, at age 1. He was buried at the Auburn Cemetery, Auburn, Ritchie County, Virginia.

Erriga Eliza Hall was born on 8 December 1851 at Gilmer County, Virginia. She was the daughter of John Hall and Rebecca Springston. She married Alfred Bush, son of Abraham Bush, on 19 October 1871 at Gilmer County, Virginia. She and her husband were cousins. She died in 1920. She died on 26 September 1920 at Linn, Gilmer County, West Virginia, at age 68.

Michael Columbus Hall was born on 7 May 1855 at Gilmer County, Virginia. He was the son of John Hall and Rebecca Springston. He was a teacher. He died of Typhoid Fever on 14 October 1889 at age 34.

Samuel Lewis Bush was born in 1842 at Lewis County, Virginia. He was born on 3 June 1842 at Gilmer County, Virginia. He was the son of Thomas W. Bush and Anna Maria Arnold. He served "the Confederacy in the Civil War in Company E of the 19th Virginia Cavalry. He was captured September 11, 1864 and was imprisoned in Camp Chase in Ohio." He served as a 4th Sergant in Company E of the 19th Virginia Cavalry in the Confederate Army. He was captured September 11, 1864 and was imprisoned in Camp Chase in Ohio. He lived after 1865 at Wood County, West Virginia. He married Lydia Marcelia Hall, daughter of John Hall and Rebecca Springston, on 7 June 1866. He and Lydia Marcelia Hall had 5 children. He died in 1929. He died on 9 September 1929 at Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, at age 87.

Alfred Bush was born in 1843 at Virginia. He was born on 9 November 1843 at Lewis County, Virginia. He was the son of Abraham Bush. He was born in 1844 at Gilmer County, Virginia. Alfred Bush was also known as Alford Bush. He served in Company E of the 19th Virginia Cavalry in the Confederate Army. He went to Texas after the Civil War but returned in 1867 to West Virginia. He married Erriga Eliza Hall, daughter of John Hall and Rebecca Springston, on 19 October 1871 at Gilmer County, Virginia. She and her husband were cousins. He died on 19 October 1910 at Linn, Gilmer County, West Virginia, at age 66.

Warren Bush married Maria Goff, daughter of Hiram Goff and Julia Haverty, circa 1860. He served in the Confederate Army. He died in 1862.

Joseph Benton Springston was born on 1 September 1838 at Lewis County, Virginia. He was the son of John Gideon Springston and Margaret Bush. He married Phebe Ann Riddle, daughter of George Washington Riddle and Rebecca M. Keith, on 15 November 1866; +. He died on 19 April 1927 at Leading Creek, Gilmer County, West Virginia, at age 88.

Henry V. Springston was born on 10 July 1840 at Lewis County, Virginia. He was the son of John Gideon Springston and Margaret Bush. He served as a private in Company D, 31st Virginia Regiment Infantry of the Confederate Army. On 10 May 1861 at the Courthouse, Gilmer County, Virginia. He died in the Battle of Alleghany Mountain and Camp Alleghany on 31 December 1861 at age 21. He died in 1862 at the Battle of Rich Mountain.

Sarah Ann Springston was born on 16 February 1842 at Lewis County, Virginia. Sarah Ann Springston also went by the name of Sallie. She was the daughter of John Gideon Springston and Margaret Bush. She married Captain John Solomon Heckert on 17 May 1866 at Gilmer County, West Virginia. She died on 11 July 1883 at Gilmer County, West Virginia, at age 41. She was buried at Leading Creek Baptist Church Cemetary, Alice, Gilmer County, West Virginia.

Captain John Solomon Heckert was born on 5 August 1831 at Lewis County, Virginia. He married Sarah Ann Springston, daughter of John Gideon Springston and Margaret Bush, on 17 May 1866 at Gilmer County, West Virginia. He died on 2 April 1910 at Gilmer County, West Virginia, at age 78. He was buried at Leading Creek Baptist Church Cemetary, Alice, Gilmer County, West Virginia.

Chatam F. Riddle was born on 16 October 1833 at Lewis County, Virginia. He was the son of Dr. Richard Welch Riddle and Catharine Bush. He married Mary Jane Hanger, daughter of George Hanger and Ruth Duncan, on 22 September 1854 at Gilmer County, Virginia. In circa 1857, Chatam F. Riddle moved to Tarrant County, Texas. He served in the Confederate Army during the Civil War. He died on 13 June 1862 while in the Confederate Army at Houston, Texas, at age 28.

George Hanger Lived in Greenbriar County, VA/WV when 1850 census taken. Moved to Gilmer County, VA/WV between 1850 and 1854. Purchased land in Roand County, VA/WV on Mar 29 1858 and moved there before 160 census. - HCPD - Don Norman. He was born on 6 September 1800 at Greenbriar County, Virginia. He married Ruth Duncan on 9 February 1832 at Greenbriar County, Virginia (now West Virginia). He died on 13 October 1873 at Roane County, West Virginia, at age 73.

Ruth Duncan was born on 16 September 1800 at Greenbriar County, Virginia. She married George Hanger on 9 February 1832 at Greenbriar County, Virginia (now West Virginia). She died on 5 August 1880 at Roane County, West Virginia, at age 79.

She and George Gray Springston had 5 children. She died in 1894. She was buried at the Springston Cemetery on Triplett Road, Spencer, Roane County, West Virginia.

Jeremiah Riddle was born circa 1786. He was the son of James Riddle. He married Margaret Hardman on 5 May 1811 at Randolph County, Virginia. He served in the War of 1812. He was buried at Gilmer County, Virginia, (which is now in West Virginia).

Joseph Hardman was born circa 1764 at Maryland. He served in the Revolutionary War. He married Dorcas Riddle, daughter of James Riddle. He lived in Georgetown, Maryland on the Potomac River near George Washington's estates. He also lived in Fredericksburg, Virginia and then moved to Randolph County, Virginia before 1797. In 1797, Joseph Hardman lived at Cedar Creek, Gilmer County, Virginia. He was a butcher and a farmer. He died in July 1860 at Roane County, Virginia. Randolf, Gilmer and Roane Counties are now part of West Virginia.

She was buried at Gilmer County, Virginia (now West Virginia). She was born circa 1798. She married Jeremiah Riddle, son of James Riddle, on 5 May 1811 at Randolph County, Virginia.
