She married Hiram Porter Smith, son of William Franklin Smith and Susan Jane Dotson, before 1913; The marriage date is assumed to be before the birth of the oldest child listed in the 1920 census. She and Hiram Porter Smith lived on 4 February 1920 at Ritchie County, West Virginia. She was enumerated with Hiram Porter Smith on the census of 4 February 1920 at Ritchie County, West Virginia, as "Ima Smith". She was listed as a married, white female of age 26. Her relationship was listed as wife. No entry was made regarding her ability to read and write. She and both of her parents were born in West Virginia. She died on 21 February 1977.

Marion Bukey Zinn was born on 24 May 1846 at Ritchie County, West Virginia. He married Alice Bush, daughter of George Farley Bush and Joanna Goff Springston, on 24 December 1874 at Gilmer County, West Virginia. He and Alice Bush had 7 children. All 7 were living as of 27 April 1910. He died in 1927.

She and Fernando Thereno Bush had 4 children. She died on 19 February 1930 at Gilmer County, West Virginia, at age 73. She was buried at Union Church Cemetery on Sinking Creek, Gilmer County, West Virginia.

Homer Paca Woofter was born on 15 October 1856 at Gilmer County, West Virginia. He was the son of Rev. John Woofter. He married Rebecca Bush, daughter of George Farley Bush and Joanna Goff Springston, on 15 July 1883 at Gilmer County, West Virginia. He and Rebecca Bush lived after 15 July 1883 at Sinking Creek, Gilmer County, West Virginia. He and Rebecca Bush had no children. He died on 27 December 1932 at age 76.

Dr. Adoniram Judson Woofter was born on 27 May 1854 at Gilmer County, Virginia. He was the son of Rev. John Woofter. He married Hortense Bush, daughter of George Farley Bush and Joanna Goff Springston, on 21 June 1883 at Gilmer County, West Virginia. He brother married Rebecca Bush, sister to Dr. Woofter's wife. He died on 21 September 1916 at Lewis County, West Virginia, at age 62.

Henry McWhorter was born on 13 November 1760 at New Jersey. He served "as a private in the War of the Revolution and was in the army 22 months" in 1776. He married Mary Fields on 1 August 1783 at Bucks County, Pennsylvania. "In the late 1780s" Henry McWhorter "moved to Virginia (now West Virginia). He settled on Hackers Creek, in Lewis County." A town named McWhorter's Mills grew from the log cabin and grist mill that he built. It was later renamed Jane Lew. He died on 4 February 1848 at age 87. He was buried at McWhorter Cemetery, McWhorter, West Virginia.

John Turton Goff was born circa 1738 at Maryland. He was the son of Thiel Goff. He married Elizabeth Welsh circa 1760 possibly at Prince Georges County, Maryland. He and Elizabeth Welsh had 7 children. He lived at Randolph County, Virginia, in 1776 at the start of the Revolutionary War. He served with his brothers James, Thomas and Salathiel, in the 15th Virginia Regiment of the Continental Line during the Revolutionary War. He married Monacah Carrico after 1781. He and Monacah Carrico had 3 children. He died probably on 9 March 1803 at Monongalia County, Virginia.

She married William Springston, son of Jacob Springston Jr. and Luda Goff, on 3 June 1847 at Leading Creek, Gilmer County, Virginia. She and William Springston had 10 children. She was buried at the Springston Cemetery, Triplett Road, Spencer, Roane County, West Virginia.

John Hall was born on 17 September 1817 at Lewis County, Virginia. He was the son of John Hall and Margaret Snider. He married Rebecca Springston, daughter of Jacob Springston Jr. and Luda Goff, on 4 February 1838 at Lewis County, Virginia. He and Rebecca Springston had 9 children. He and Rebecca Springston built a homestead in 1868 on Horn Creek which burned in 1971. It was occupied at the time by a great-granddaughter, Julia Hall Gordon and and her husband,Bertie Gordon. He died on 27 March 1896 at Gilmer County, West Virginia, at age 78.

Jacob Bush was born in 1756. He was the son of George Adam Bush. He served in the Army during the Revolutionary War. He was a member of Captain Samuel Pringle's Indian Spies between 1778 and 1779 at the Buckhannon Fort, Monongahela County, Virginia. He served in Captain George Jackson's company of Militia under Lieutenant William White. He served as a substitute for his brother, John Bush. Between 1781 and 1782 at the Buckhannon Fort, Monongahela County, Virginia. His unit joined General Roger Clarke's Army as part of Col. Zachariah Morgan's Regiment in the expedition to the falls of the Ohio River (now Louisville). He acted as a hunter in a party commanded by a Col. Green.. He may have married before 1782. Barr Wilson identifies a possible son named Adam Bush who was not a child of Margaret Snar. Barr postulates a first wife, possibly Margaret Swan, as the mother of Adam.. He married Margaret Snar in 1782. He died on 28 November 1832.

Johann Michael Bush was born in 1697. He married Eva (?). Before 1733, Johann Michael Bush was also known as Busch. The spelling of hIs name was changed when entering this country. He sailed on the ship 'Hope' from Holland to Philadelphia, arriving on August 28, 1733. The ship's master was Daniel Reid. He first settled in Berke County, Pennsylvania and then moved to what is now Pendleton County, West Viriginia after 1733. He died at Frederick County, Virginia.
