Cure Almost Any Disease in 3 Months

Reverse proof is just as dramatic. Whenever the daily seafood routine is discontinued, the old symptoms return - just to disappear just as promptly upon resumption. It works like clockwork.This completely rules out 'spontaneous remissions'. As we shall see, the "something from the sea every day" nutritional routine is also highly effective against many birth defects and several cancers, among them breast cancer, and prostate, colon, rectal and lung cancers (see "Updates - Health" - JAMA report: Dec. 25. 1996).
The reason this simple, natural nutritional cure works so wonderfully well is pure and simple common sense, and goes right to the very root and core of our existence. It is also a profoundly new, supremely valid, and highly effective approach - as we shall see - to the cure and prevention of all physical and mental diseases.
Life has arisen and evolved, for 3.5 billion years, in the seas of the Earth. And the seas of the Earth have always contained - and still do - the 92 natural elements of the Earth in solution. Consequently, and right from the beginning of Life itself, more than 40 (!) natural trace elements, also called trace minerals, have been incorporated into the normal function of the basic metabolic and immune systems of all living things.
All Life is built upon the constant availability of the 40+ biological trace elements in its food!
In deadly contrast, our modern agriculture monitors and maintains only a paltry total of 8 (!) trace elements in its soils, hence in all of its products, and hence, in practically all of our daily food. This is not done out of malice or profit motives; it is just gross and fundamental ignorance. Due to this profound ignorance and neglect, well over 30 (!) biological trace elements have become either severely deficient, or entirely absent in all chemically farmed soils - consequently in all of its products, and hence again, in the bulk of our daily food. And we have begun to suffer the inevitable consequences. We are afflicted with all manner of diseases, and are beginning to die like flies from a whole raft of new, mysterious, and ever more macabre diseases. Eight (8!!!) new diseases in the last 12 years! And if nothing is done, this trend will continue and accelerate!
The bottom line is that we have been deprived of our birthright to long lives in practically complete freedom from all physical and mental diseases by the vast ignorance and neglect of our modern agriculture.
Today, the only readily available food which still contains the complete natural range of the 40+ biological trace elements is seafood. And a daily helping of seafood, any kind of seafood, supplies us with the 40+ biological trace elements our bodies and immune systems need to stay healthy and function normally.
That we need more than 40 biological trace elements in our nutrition in order to stay healthy and well, both physically and mentally, is a brand-new discovery. Until a little over a decade ago, most of these trace elements were totally ignored by science - simply because of their miniscule amounts, or "traces" in our bodies. Since then, 5 'new' trace elements, (chromium, nickel, silicon, tin, and vanadium) have recently been discovered to be absolutely vital to our health and well being.
In painstakingly precise laboratory experiments, world renowned Professor of biology Harold J. Morowitz has established that the simplest living cells require a total of 16 biological trace elements to survive and reproduce - manganese, iron, cobalt, copper, zinc, boron, aluminium, vanadium, molybdenum, iodine, silicon, tin, nickel, chromium, fluorine, selenium - ("Beginnings of Cellular Life", H. J. Morowitz, Yale University Press, 1992, page 66). More complex organisms, with roots, leaves and blossoms, and with muscles, lungs, hearts, wombs, brains, and so forth, need a far greater variety of the biological trace elements to stay healthy and well. Morowitz adds:
"The (92) elements of the periodic table are the essential hardware to be used in building organisms, and they appear to have been evolutionarily chosen to fulfill necessary roles in living chemistry."
In other words, and like a growing number of investigators, Morowitz expects to find that we need all of the trace elements in existence for the proper and normal function of our metabolisms, immune systems and mental health.
There now exists a very large and rapidly growing body of new biomedical discoveries which have proven the crucially vital importance of these 16 trace elements to our health and well being. They are now known to be "essential", or absolutely required (see "References"). But this new knowledge is still largely confined to the biomedical laboratories, and has not yet made its way into general medical knowledge - never mind into agriculture, which still only knows of, and maintains a paltry 8 nutritional trace elements in all of its products, and hence, in most of our daily food. (When I had mentioned the 40+ biological trace elements to another prominent professor of Medicine last year, it was complete news to him). Moreover, science still has a long ways to go; the biological functions of more than 25 trace elements in our metabolisms and immune systems remain completely unknown and have yet to be investigated. Typically, the process of discovery - from investigation, to confirmation, accepted academic knowledge, to new text books and teaching to a new generation of students - to implementation in general medical practice, and in this case, in agricultural practice, takes about 20 to 30 years.
Meanwhile though, the "something from the sea every day" nutritional routine works like a charm, and cures an astonishing wide range of diseases. And since no one knows at present just how many diseases it will cure, any disease, or combination of several diseases, are prime candidates. Due to the constant renewal of our cells and proteins, it has to be on a daily basis; otherwise it does not work. The only cautions are that seafood is high in salt, and it can be deadly to people with high blood pressure or other salt sensitivities! The other is that seafood is low in calcium, and calcium intake should be increased accordingly. In any case, it is essential that this simple nutritional routine be undertaken only under the supervision of a physician.
Still, and although this simple nutritional routine works wonderfully well, it is a temporary, 'make do' measure. Our seafood resources have been exploited to the limit, and there is simply not enough seafood anymore to supply everyone with the 40+ biological trace elements. Also, the daily seafood routine can get very boring very quickly. The only valid and long-term solution is to re-establish the presence of the complete natural range of the 40+ trace elements in all agricultural soils, hence in all of its products, and hence, in all of our food.
And this can be done easily, simply, quickly, and very cheaply - just by adding a 40+ trace element fertilizer to all agricultural soils. If pushed hard, by massive public demand to the authorities, we can have such an agriculture in one year - and all of us can have lifelong freedom from practically all diseases, simply by eating our normal food.
And there is an additional and very substantial benefit to our individual and collective health. The presence of the complete range of the 40+ natural trace elements in agricultural soil also wipes out practically all crop diseases. This will result in a massive reduction of the need for agricultural poisons, and consequently, of the presence of these poisons and their residues in our food, water, land and environments. Our human genome has endowed us with a birthright of 110 to 120 years in perfect, and almost youthful physical and mental health, followed by a rapid decline and a quick death. There exist 5 widely separated ethnic societies around the world where this is common; the Hunzas of the Himalayas, the Georgians of Russia, two widely separated population groups in Turkey, and one in South America.
If pushed hard, by massive public demand, we can have this our natural birthright in as little as one year.
We have to do this anyhow, and as quickly as possible. As is well known by now, many virulent bacteria have become adapted to most of our antibiotics; and some to all, leaving us virtually defenseless. Moreover, our scientists have recently become alarmed at the widespread presence of manmade 'endrocine blockers' - the agricultural poisons byproducts which block the normal function of our hormones - in every aspect of our environments. I had discovered this in 1984, and ever since I had predicted (in public print) the sudden advent of ever more new, mysterious and macabre diseases. To my horror, my predictions turned out to be all too correct. Eight new diseases have appeared in 12 years, but I never thought that there would be that many in such a short time.
Unfortunately, and as long as nothing is done, I have to stand by my predictions. New and mysterious diseases, both physical and mental, will continue to appear at an accelerating rate and, mark my words, we will shortly begin to see a rapid deterioration of the viability of our newborns. The heart defect rate among new borns has seen a sharp increase in the last few years already, and so has Attention Deficit Disorder in our children. And ominously enough, males born with their urinary opening at the base of the penis, and in other places than the tip of the penis has seen a sharp and worrying increase as well.
All of this is entirely unnecessary and could be cured and prevented practically overnight, just by returning and maintaining what nature has always supplied (until our simplistic
N-P-K agriculture came along) in our nutrition - the complete range of the 40+ trace elements. Heart defects in newborns for instance, are caused by nothing more than a simple zinc deficiency in the mother, which could be corrected so simply, so quickly so easily and so cheaply that it is almost ridiculous. If I were female and considering having a baby, I would not even think about it until after 3 months of the "something from the sea every day" nutritional routine to re-establish the complete range of the 40+ trace elements in the mother's body.
It is also well known that the breast cancer rate among indigenous Oriental and Innuit women is 5 times lower than among Western women - and most tellingly - that Oriental and Innuit women acquire the same high breast cancer rate as Western women after immigration to Western nations. The cause is not the diet, which remains essentially the same; the cause lies in the Western-grown trace element-deficient ingredients used to prepare their traditional diet (grains, vegetables fruits, dairy products, poultry, red meats) which cause the 5-fold increase in breast cancer. Conversely, it will be found that young Western women who have moved to live in the Orient will exhibit the same low breast cancer rate of indigenous Oriental women.
Another telling example is a native Indian community in Northern Canada which has lately become affluent through oil royalties. Since their new-found affluence, the typical diet
of this community has changed from their traditional hunter-gatherer-based nutrition to store-bought hamburgers, french fries and breakfast cereals. Since then, then incidence of diabetes in this community has risen to an unprecedented high of 43% of its members! (Canada Dept. of Health, Aug. 1997).
But the most recent, and most stunning discovery (by yours truly) is this. The daily 40+ trace element nutritional routine also cures the diseases caused by defects in mitochondrial DNA!
The sheer magnitude of this discovery cannot be overstated; it's simply staggering. Today, the medical sciences have as yet no way to rectify human DNA-caused diseases - other than removing a newly inseminated human ovum, correcting its DNA defects, and re-inserting it into the mother - something which is now theoretically possible, but as yet faced with truly daunting difficulties.
And the correction of mitochondrial DNA defects - and the many diseases this causes - is simply over the Moon right now. However, and most amazingly, the daily 40+ trace element nutritional routine cures these diseases in no time flat. This discovery has two components. In 1985 I had come down with two 'incurable' diseases; Dystonia, and Leigh's Syndrome. The physician I went to see said "Go home; there is nothing that can be done for you." I did, resigned myself to an early demise (I was 50 at the time), and for another reason altogether, began the "something from the sea every day" nutritional routine.
A couple of months later, and to my boundless astonishment, I found myself in supreme good health again. All symptoms and traces of these two 'incurable' diseases had disappeared completely- and to this day, 12 years later!
The second part of this discovery is very recent. It has now been discovered that these diseases are caused by defects in our mitochondrial DNA - see "Mitochondrial DNA in Aging and Disease", Scientific American, August 1997. The listed diseases are:
Alzheimer's Disease; CPEO (chronic progressive external ophthalmoplegia); Diabetes mellitus; Dystonia; KSS (Kearns-Sayer Syndrome); Leigh's Syndrome; LHON (Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy); MELAS (mitochondrial encephalomyopathy, lactic acidosis and strokelike episodes); MERF (myoclonic epilepsy and and ragged red fibers); Mitochondrial myopathy; NARP (neurogenic muscle weakness, ataxia and retinitis pigmentosa); Pearson's syndrome.(See "Upates").
This discovery, and its implications are stunning to say the least. If defects in our mitochondrial DNA can be cured outright and prevented entirely by the 40+ biological trace elements in our daily nutrition, there is a supreme promise that many diseases caused by defects in human DNA can be cured just as simply, quickly and effectively.
And there is another powerful implication. Since 3 of the above named diseases attack the eyes, it is very likely that the rampant eye disease epidemic in Cuba may well be caused by defects in mitochondrial DNA, and that it can be cured and prevented just as easily, quickly and effectively by the 40+ biological trace elements in the victim's daily nutrition. This has become even more crucial now. CNN News (Sept. 20. 1997) has reported the discovery of two cases of the Cuban eye disease epidemic in Miami, only one of which has been traced to infection in Cuba. (See "Updates - Health").
This is a very brief outline of a brand-new (if only to us), very fundamental and supremely effective approach to the cure and prevention of most, if not all diseases. The five societies around the world where life-long freedom from all diseases is normal, provide living proof. The full story is far more complex, and involves the whole macabre spectrum of agricultural, chemical and industrial poisons and pollutants in our water, land, air - and in our food. But this method corrects two major factors of our health crisis at once; it supplies the complete range of the 40+ indispensable nutritional trace elements without which we cannot help but sicken and die; and it also eliminates the need for all agricultural poisons (see next subject).
Moreover, this method also marks a radical shift from our present approach of destructive medical intervention - destroy, poison, irradiate the causative agent, cut out the affected tissue, and so forth - to a completely natural, supportive, 'wholistic', and preventative approach to the cure and prevention of diseases. All we are doing here actually, is engaging the vast natural laws, forces and dynamics which have created our teeming biosphere and maintained and proliferated Life on this our Earth for the inconceivable immensity of 4 billion years. And these, as it turns out, are immensely powerful universal laws and forces which govern from one end of the universe to the other (see "The Law of All Creation" in these pages). These then are the ultimate laws and forces behind the supreme effectiveness of this method. For these reasons, it is also the only method that really works.
