Whether you are a "fitness newbie" who wants to be in shape but do not have self-motivation,  or a fitness enthusiast who looks for more resources to maintain and joins the circle of wellness, this website is an effort to help provide as much fitness, nutrition, beauty and health solutions to you as possible.  Your goal is my goal.  What matters to you is important to me.

I am not talking about your life or career goal.  I am sure you know that, your health is your best investment.  After all, good health is what we all want.  Good health helps us achieve high quality of life. As a professional fitness trainer, it is my mission to pass on the knowledge and to help others to achieve their fitness goals. 

Wellness has just become a part of my life. My first discipline during college was BioSciences. I have combined my strong background in Bio-Sciences with my analytical and training skills, and my passion for fitness and relaxation techniques to balance my life. 

 It is my goal to become expert in fitness and lifestyle management. I don't limit my scope of clients.  Everybody needs to be fit and healthy.  I am deeply interested in anti-aging and caring for our future kids.

Questions & Answers
Q: I am losing weight at the pace my program says I should (1 lb per week).  Will I need to take vitamins if I stay on the weight loss plan?
Taking a muti-vitamin and mineral supplement when you are losing weight is a good idea.  Although most days your meal plans provide you with the recommended calorie intake, during the exercise your needs can be higher.  We will review your nutrient intake and talk about the supplements that are best you you.  

Q: I am cutting down on sugar.  What should I look for on the food label to choose low sugar foods?
First, check the line in the Nutrition Facts Panel that says sugar.  Choose products with less than 5 grams per serving.  Second, look at the list of ingredients.  If sugar is in the top 5, this product is high in sugar.  Other names for sugar are corn syrup, sucrose, fructose, maltose, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup solids, honey, molasses, and rice syrup.
