Booking

To book a given package we require that applicants fill out the attached reservation form; and to assure space for a given date, we require that 50% of the Ground Costs be paid within 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival in Ecuador.  All payments are to be made either by check or wire transfer to our account at Bank of New York, NY or to another designated account.  We require the difference to be paid within 2 weeks of applicant's arrival.  Our banking information will be remitted upon receiving the reservation form.

Pricing

Pricing is subject to size of group and will be remitted upon receiving the application form. Applicants have the option of being grouped with other guests on a given tour in order to improve pricing on a per person basis.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following refunds will apply for bookings that are cancelled in writing:

59-30 days prior to arrival………………….85% of down payment
29-15 days prior to arrival………………….50% of down payment
13-0 days prior to arrival……………...........50% of total paid

These refunds apply to Ground Costs only.  Any other prepayments relating to airfare, insurance, etc. are not the responsibility of EXPEDICIONES ANDINAS.   No refunds will be given for unused Ground Costs for any reason. 

EXPEDICIONES ANDINAS reserves the right to cancel any scheduled trip prior to departure.  In the event a trip is cancelled by us, you will be given the option to reschedule and the right to a full refund of all deposits for our Ground Costs.

Release of Liability

All participants will sign a form to release EXPEDICIONES ANDINAS and its agents of any and all liability arising out of, or in any way connected with, their participation in the trip, including any liability for negligence (but not reckless, willful or fraudulent conduct).

Furthermore, all participants assume full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death due to negligence (but not reckless, willful or fraudulent conduct) on behalf of EXPEDICIONES ANDINAS.

We recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance for medical and disability coverage.

Other

Information relating to required personal equipment, immunizations, airport taxes, etc. will be provided upon receipt of the applicant's down payment.  Our guests will be responsible for arranging their flight to and from the Quito airport.
