There, the mysterious elderly mouse, Vurg, and others who knew Luke shed light on his life, search for vengeance, and why he never returned... 9.5 367 Pages The Outcast of Redwall is about a ferret warlord, Swartt Sixclaw and his enemy, the noble Badger Lord, Sunflash the Mace. Swartt has a son, but in a battle with woodlanders, the babe is dropped. The ferret is taken to Redwall and given to the mousemaid Bryony. The ferret is named Veil. When Veil is older, he poisons an Abbey sister, and he becomes an outcast, sent away from his home. Bryony, who loves Veil, followed him over great distances, but the question still lingers, can Veil change his ways and become good, or is it too late? 9.5 387 Pages Mariel of Redwall is about a mousemaid thrown into the sea by a crazed rat, Gabool the Wild. Her memory was jogged by a poem read to her at the Abbey helping to remind her of what happened before she lost her memory from being battered at sea. With the help of Tarquin L. Woodsorrel and Dandin, a young warriormouse, Mariel goes back to kill Gabool, and to rescue her father, Joseph the Bellmaker. 8.75 397 Pages Joseph is Mariel’s father. After being rescued, Joseph went back to Redwall Abbey. Dandin and Mariel went on south looking for adventure. Dryditch fever sweeps the Abbey while they were gone. The whole Abbey fell sick during the epidemic. A large otter named Thrugg, and his dibbun pal, Dumble go to get the Flowers of Icetor, to save the Abbey. In this epic adventure, who will accomplish their goals, and who will die in the process? 10 333Pages Redwall is the first Redwall book I read, and I would never had read that book, if it weren’t for my teacher who asked me to, so I did, and I loved it, it was awesome. Redwall is about about mice in an abbey who are being attacked by a horde of evil rats, lead by Cluny the Scourge, the rats were larger and more fierce than the mice. But, if the young mouse Matthias can recover the magical sword of Martin the Warrior, the famous Redwall leader, he can help defeat the horde of rats. Matthias's search leads him from an Abbey roof top, sparrow nest, to an evil serpentine lair of Asmodeus Poisonteeth. Rating, out of 10: 10 Hey, I got this book signed by Brian Jacques himself! Along with The Long Patrol 446 Pages Mattimeo is the son of the famous warriormouse Matthias. During a festival honoring the Abbot Mordalfus, a band of traveling performers come by. During a toast to the Abbot, the fox leader, Slagar the Cruel, a slaver, slips sleeping powder into drinks. While asleep, the evil Slagar takes Mattimeo and his young friends away to Malkariss to become slaves. Matthias, Jess Squirrel, and Basil Stag Hare, accompanied by Cheek the otter, Orlando the Axe, and Jabez Stump, take the dangerous trek south, in search of their stolen loved ones. 9 351 Pages Pearls of Lutra is about Grath Longfletch, an otter who's holt, Holt Lutra, has been destroyed by corsairs just for some pearls for Emperor Ublaz Mad Eyes, the emperor of the island of Sampetra. The pearls somehow got to Redwall and Ublaz found out, so he sent a crew of rats and lizards to get the pearls.The corsairs take two prisoners to try to ransom for the pearls, which the Abbey dwellers had not located yet, so the corsairs took their prisoners back to Sampetra. Abbot Bernard and Viola Bankvole were on the ship back when a full scale mutiny broke out. In an odd turn of events, when Abbot Bernard was taken out of their cargo hold to see after Viola, he helped to aide Viola's rescue by the vengeance hungry Grath Longfletch. Martin, son of Mattimeo and Tess Churchmouse, went out with a small crew to get the Abbot back. Now, at Sampetra the corsairs, led by Rasconza the fox, have started to revolt. 9.5 318 Pages The Long Patrol is about Tammo de Fformelo Tussok, a hare wishing to join the Long Patrol, and about the Abbey, which is now falling apart. The south wall of the Abbey has been built over what used to be Kotir, the castle of Tsarmina. Now, the wall is falling into the castle below it, and the Rapscallion army of over 1,000 vermin and their leader Damug Warfang have come into Mossflower country. Marlfox is about eight vermin Marlfoxes who are said to be magic, they disappear into thin air, and only can be slain by another vile Marlfox.The eight Marlfoxes are 7 siblings-Mokkan being the sliest, and the eighth being the mother, High Queen Silth. The Marlfoxes come to Redwall in a time of peace, with 120 water rats to aide them in plundering the countryside. The Marlfoxes wish to take the Abbey and all its treasures. As you well know, no one attacks the Abbey and gets away with it. Rusvul Reguba and Janglur Swifteye vow to protect the Abbey in an all out war. During a battle, one magical Marlfox is slain by Janglur, and as the Marlfox code goes, do not start a war, unless it is blood for blood. Then, one night the vermin steal the prized tapestry of Martin the Warrior. So now Songbreeze Swifteye, Dannflor Reguba, and Dippler the Guosim Shrew will search o the ends of the earth to get back the tapestry. 10 403 Pages Taggerung is the story of Deyna, an otterbabe stolen from his murdered father as a babe and raised to become the Taggerung, the mightiest of warriors. Raised by Sawney Rath, leader of the Juskarath vermin tribe, Taggerung was skilled in all sorts of weaponry, but when he refuses to kill as Sawney commanded, Deyna, now called Tagg, fled the vermin encampment. Along Tagg's way he meets many friends, including a harvest mouse named Nimbalo the Slayer. But with Sawney's former tribe members tracking the otter, can he escape to safety? When the trail turns and Tagg begins tracking his pursuers, he is led on a trail leading back toward Redwall Abbey, where two vermin have spread panic in their search for the Taggerung. Will Tagg return to the home he never knew?
