Italy - March 2000

I am going off to Italy on March 12, to attend a workshop for a workshop on the Genetics of Autism. Going off to foreign lands is one of the hardships of being a part of an international collaboration.

The workshop is only for 3 days, so I plan to do a bit of touring. I could also use a few days to do some analyses, reading, planning, and writing. Have laptop, will travel.

Planned Itinerary:

March 12/13 - leave LAX 8 pm- British Air 268 (744) - arrive London (Heathrow) 2:25pm March 13). Depart London (Gatwick) 5:55p - British Air 2604 (737) arrive Pisa 9:05 pm.

FYI - This will be my second time to Italy. I spent over 3 weeks there in December 1988 during my 6 month backpacking/youth hosteling tour of Europe. At that time I saw: Milano, Verona, Venice, Pisa, Florence, Rome, Naples, Pompeii, a few towns in Sicilly, Capri,
