Thank you all for your particpation at today's meeting. I found it to be enlightening. I invite you all to another meeting TOMORROW(FRIDAY 31 JANUARY) AT 1PM in the Massaoit CR.

Please come prepared with a list of all of the projects which you are:
CURRENTLY WORKING ON
SOMEONE THINKS YOU ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON
YOU THINK YOU SHOULD BE WORKING ON

and be prepared to present(to your peers) a brief description of the project including it's value to the company, or to you as well as how much of your time you are working on it.

The primary goal is to generate a list of these project and make it real clear to everyone what we are committed to delivering (and when) and almost as importantly what we are NOT working on and therefore will NOT deliver.
