The story so far: The Light Universe has been destroyed, and the LEXX crew are stuck in the Dark Zone. After drifting for centuries, a hungry LEXX fell into the orbit of twin planets Fire and Water, which were repositories for the souls of the deceased, a literal Heaven and Hell. Stan died and was sentenced to eternal torture, Kai discovered that his soul had gone to Heaven and 790 found a new love of his life. Xev received the key to the LEXX as Stan neared death and destroyed the planet Fire, releasing all the souls trapped within. In turn, to return balance to the universe, Fire’s ruler Prince used the LEXX to destroy Water, likewise releasing the souls from that world. With LEXX eating the planets for sustenance but still very hungry, the crew (now with Stan returned to life) headed towards a blue planet that looks uncannily like our own, a planet where all the souls of Fire and Water have gone to…
