Public Nudity Protests in Canada

Canada has only one officially recognized clothing optional beach, Wreck Beach, located near the University of British Columbia. Excluding Ontario, female toplessness is prohibited in all other public places, including beaches and swimming pools. If public toplessness or nudity becomes entrenched in Ontario, expect to see similar laws come tumbling down throughout Canada, citing Ontario as a precedent. Pro-topless and nudity protests have already spilled out into the rest of the county.
