My Special Heartland Awards In February, 1998 Roxanne nominated me for the Heartland CL Helper of the month! WOW!!! What a surprise. I remember going to vote on my pick for February and as I scrolled down the page to see who the choices were....there was my name! Tears came to my eyes and I was so Happy! I knew I would not get enough votes to win over all of the other Heartland CL's..but that didn't matter to me...because my Co-L (God Bless you Roxanne), thought I was doing a good enough job to nominate me...thats all the recognition I needed. It really makes CLing so much easier to deal with when I know I have someone like Roxanne backing me and guiding me! We have a wonderful Co-L and I hope to be working with her for a long time in Heartland/Valley! I received this award from The 3 Muskateers...and what an honor it was to receive it. Thank you guys! I'm still trying to figure out what I did to deserve such an exciting award. *S* These Heartland Helpers have become quite popular! One of my Dearest Internet Friends that I helped long before I became a CL gave me this award. She made it to present to Web Designers and I was the first one June presented with the award. Thank you June, you are a Sweetheart. I hope you are still enjoying working on your page! Never give up as we should learn something new each day of our lives whether it be on the internet or in our Real Everyday Lives. *S* My Christmas in July Award presented by the Club Fundamentals I was presented CL Wings from my Co-L on August 23, 1998 for 6 months of CLing. Thank you Roxanne! I got this award for being selected for CL of the Month in February of 1998. I started CLing in January, this was an honor. I have two versions of my Feb. award so both are being displayed. Thanks Roxanne! Our Co-Liaison in Heartland Valley presented us with these guardian graphics to show we as Heartland Valley CL's are always watching over the homesteaders in Valley. Thank you Stu!
