The Tipping
Between step three and four we moved from a house into a 14X60 trailer. Since I did not have a workshop all the work was done in the house. No my wife did not divorce me, in fact she was pretty understanding.
Here you can see that the piano was tipped over on it's back. The bottom board will soon be removed for re-gluing. Also it was now decided to install new piano casters.
You can see the iron sewer pipe right at the edge of the bottom board. This pipe really made positioning the piano easy but you have to be sure it stays in the frame or your in big trouble. If you do not have a piano dolly and the casters will not turn easily this pipe roller system works wonders.
