MoviesBack to the Future - one of my personal all time favorite trilogies. Check out another site. There's also the Enchantment Under the Sea Dance Site. The Breakfast Club - excellent movie. The moral of the story - we're all the same no matter what group yyou belong to. E.T. - a childhood favorite movie.. However I watch it now and find that it doesn't have as much substance. Ferris Bueller's Day Off - Ferris decides to skip school and take off for the big city of Chicago. Field of Dreams - extremely good movie especially if you like baseball. Ghostbusters - this is a hilarious movie featuring Dan Akroyd and Bill Murray. Lost of spin off toys and cartoons came about from this movie. The Goonies - great movie from the 80s. Who could forget Chunk and Sloth? Indiana Jones - excellent action and adventure series. I liked the 3rd one the best because of its religious overtones. Poltergiest - I remember having nightmares after watching a bit of this movie. Red Dawn - this is an excellent Cold War movie. The Russians invade America and a group of high school teenagers fight back. It makes you remember how close to war we got in the 80s. Stand By Me - Based on a book by Stephen King. One of my all time favorite movies. It examines the issues of growing up. Star Wars - great series of movies. It had groundbreaking special effects. Unfortunately the re-release of the Star Wars movies (with the new footage) wasn't anything worth paying $6 to see when you had seen it tons of times on TV. This series could be considered a little over hyped by the general public. Wargames - with Mathew Broderic.
One of the first movies that featured computers in a major role.
It's fun to watch now because the computers were so ancient.
