Eva was the only one of their children to be

She was born in Texas after the family moved
there and then decided to return to north La
She was the only one to also spend her entire
married life outside of Jackson Parish
She was a lovely,sweet lady who knew heartbreak
in her life, losing 3 daughters and then
having my mother.She was the only child to live

They were the sons of Samuel and Ella Thomas
Dr. Wright R. Sherrard....Married by 1858...Eugenia Anderson
B. 1834..............................................B. Sept. 1837
Dr.Sherrard was born in Talbot Co. Ga
Eugenia was born in Miss.

They were married in 1849 in Attala Co. Miss.
As to her parents I know nothing..I assume that they were
in Miss when she was born although I have no proof of
that at this time. The SPROUSE family is one of my "brick
walls"
