Hot Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4~6 baked potatoes
  • 1 can of cream chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 cups of cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 1 cup of chicken breast

Cook and then chop the broccoli and the chicken. Cut the potatoes lengthwise. Scoop out the centers in to a pot leaving 1/4 inch of shell. Combine the scooped out potato with soup and milk smoothly, then add the cheese. Cook and stir over medium heat until the cheese melts. Keep the mixture warm. Then to the mixture, stir in the broccoli and chicken. To the potato shells, add the hot mixture. Cover and bake at 350 C for 15 to 20 minutes. Add Salt and pepper to taste.
