Here's a little about me. I grew up in Swanton OH(15 miles west of Toledo). Spent most of my days there either on my bike having fun or in bands playing who knows what(tuba-the real heavy metal music, trumpet, baritone, sousaphone, bass drum, electric bass, euphonium, I'm sure there are more, I played with a lot of things). I then entered the Navy where I entered the Nuclear Power Program. It was real, it was fun, but it just wasn't really fun. Got through that, moved to Idaho Falls, ID. Interesting town. Met some friends there, too bad I had to move on. I got stationed in Bremerton WA on the USS Ohio(gold crew) where I spent the next 6.5 years learning just about everything, from reactor operations, to eletronic repair, to copier repair, to who knows what. Had some good times, had some bad. Got to see Pearl Harbor HI(twice), San Diego CA(5 times) and Cocoa Beach FL(once). So much for seeing the world like I wanted to. I am currently stationed at Bangor SUBASE at NAVIMFAC PACNORWEST(used to be TRF-Trident Refit facility) in the Quality Assurance Supervisor position. Still learning the ropes, but, proving to be challenging.
I like to do just about anything outdoors. I have also gotten into wood working, model trains, car stereo installation/design, and wine making, as the main things I do. But, as anyone who knows me, I do a lot more than that. I like to be a jack of all trades and a master of none. I am currently getting into 4x4ing in my '97 Ford Expedition. But, I would hate to hurt my new baby with scratches on her sides. We'll see, so many mudholes, so little time.
Here are just a few things that make me tick. I can't garantee that the ticks are going to be at a normal pace since I am left handed and we all know how lefties deal with life, BACKWARDS!!!!
I have a comedy page that I am working on building up. I hope you like it
I am trying out something new. I'm trying my hand at Laser images. Now I'm not taking film pictures of laser images that have been displayed on a ceiling or anything like that, I'm just mearly using a paint program to make what I have in mind. My first one turned out not too bad. Let me know what you think.
Who's your favorite Disney character, can you guess mine???
