Black Family Tree Tapestry, in the Black family for 7 centuries, titled "The Noble and Most Ancient House of Black, Toujours Pur", dating back to the middle ages. Information from the family tree, Bk5- 110-115:

Sirius name was burned out of the tapestry by his mother, Uncle Alphard was also burned out, Regulus Black (Sirius' younger brother) died 15 years ago, Phineas Nigellus was Sirius' great-great-grandfather, Araminta Meliflua was cousin to Mrs. Black, Aunt Elladora started a tradition of beheading old house elves, Andromeda was Sirius' favorite cousin, Andromeda and Bellitrix and Narcissa are sisters (see Tonks, Lestrange, and Malfoy), Andromeda was also burned out of the tapestry, Molly Weasley and Sirius are cousins by marrage and Aurthur Weasley is a second cousin once removed, Molly and Arthur are also burned out of the tapestry.
