20001225 - Merry Christmas to one and all. You will notice we did not send paper cards this year and due mostly in part to a complete lack of time we have noticed a general absence of these even in the stores. If you did not receive our virtual card, please do not feel ignored, we did not send a great quantity of these.
Karin's world 20001220 - Exams nearly complete and school done for yet another season. Strong results from the past semester and nothing holding her back now. 20001222 - Oh my, it's almost time to pay for next semester. Just a minute now, didn't we just pay for that?

Sherri's world 20001206 - What's up with cars? It must be time for the ol'Blue to get some attention! May I recommend a glass shop here in town if you ever need to be treated as a real honest-to-goodness customer that deserves a break. Your time and money are well spent and the service is unmatched by anyone. Greg's Import Auto glass, two thumbs Very Enthusiastically Up for these guys. (Snap-on tools) (La Vie en Rose)

Carolyn's world 20001219 - Looking forward it can only get better. This is a step that can only be taken (with today's medicine in mind) very slowly and with great care. This care is being shifted toward to the patient. The old adage, "take care" are very profound words indeed. These two words have several meanings that apply to each day without notice. We have learned that drug therapy must be adjusted for the current situation and with close attention to detail it works quite well. We have yet to see documented evidence of some of the current side effects, but with experimentation some have been reduced to an predictable pattern. This pattern is not welcome but at the same time familiar and easier to handle. Only time and trial will current therapy really pay off. The surgical alternatives are not an option and this must be faced. Perhaps 30 years from now, but not now.

Don's world 20001220 - Let's retire the gas price rant for a while, eh? May I rant about the price of home improvement product? This is a huge market that is about to take off in huge proportions. The trend that I have noticed is the "empty nester's" have large sums of time and a little money to use at the "Home Depot's" of late. We come into this category, sad it is to say. Take this idle time and some money and we have a dangerous situation. Home Depot gets richer and with luck we get something to pat ourselves on the back. The hard work involved is trying to decide what to do and where. We have knowledge that something must be done and where to start but the problem always lies on what to start on first. Once this decision has taken place the wise spending of time and money to best reach the plateau of satisfaction. Sometimes this plateau has a steeper slope to ascend and this will get only worse as it reaches fruition. 20001224 - Gloat of the Month: Proud owner (original) of a working Mac Classic!
