A Left Triple Unit are two steps with the left foot with a lighter step of the right foot
in between. A Right Triple Rhythm is actually two steps of the right foot with a light
step with the left foot in between. This lighter step is usually indicated by a smaller
dot within the rectangle. Triple rhythm units are interchangeable with single rhythm
units.
