KNOWN HIDEOUTS: Her home somewhere in a suburb of ACME acres.
PREVIOUS OFFENCES: Torturing animals.
BIO: Elmyra first appeared as an offbeat villainess in "Tiny Toons". She smothered the show's heroes with love. In more recent times, she joined the cast of Pinky and The Brain. They are now her "pets".
