BIO: Reboot's Megabyte is a villain's villain. Rotten to the core, he spends his time plotting evil escapades against the citizens of Mainframe.

Megatron I / Galvatron

ALIAS: n/a.
DAY JOB: Leader of the Decepticons.
DESCRIPTION: Megatron started out as a grey-coloured robot that could "transform" into a large gun. In his Galvatron form, he was a grey and purple coloured robot that could become a gun or a tank.
ARCH-NEMESES: Optimus Prime, Rodimus Prime.
KNOWN HIDEOUTS: The Nemesis (I don't know if that was the name of the Decepticon ship in the original TF series).
PREVIOUS OFFENCES: Stealing the Energon resources of planet Earth. Perpetuating a war with the Autobots.
BIO: Megatron is the leader of the Decepticons in the original Transformers series. In Transformers: The Movie, Starscream elected to eject him and all of the other damaged Decepticons out into space, and then named himself the new leader.
Unfortunately for Starscream, Megatron ran into a giant planet-eating, Transforming head named Unicron. Unicron gave Megatron a new body and a new name: Galvatron. Galvatron's first order of business was to kill Starscream. He went on to lead the Decepticons for the rest of the original series.

Megatron II

DAY JOB: Full-time villain.
DESCRIPTION: Megatron has gone through three changes in appearance: He began as a purple T-rex that transformed into a big ol' purple robot. Then he became a bit more...metallic and maroon coloured. In the third season, he grew a few feet, and took on the form of a red dragon when not in robot form. How a metal dragon can fly is beyond me.
In the Beast Machines series, Megatron initially tried to reconfigure himself, and get rid of his dragon form, but he failed. Eventually he built a new body for himself - a big, giant head. After that he jumped around from body to body until he was finally defeated once and for all.
ACCOMPLICES: All of the Predicons, especially Inferno and Scorpinok.
ARCH-NEMESES: Optimus Primal, Dinobot.
KNOWN HIDEOUTS: Predicon Base, the Nemesis.
PREVIOUS OFFENCES: Messing around with the space-time continuum, two counts of attempted hijacking of alien vessels, not being very nice to his lackeys.
BIO: Named after the original Megatron, leader of the Decepticons, this Megatron stole a golden disk and eventually used the information on it to try and change the course of history. He invaded the ancient Autobot and Decepticon ships that crash-landed on Earth a few million years before the original Transformers series took place and attempted to sabotage them.

Meowth

ALIAS: None that I know of.
DAY JOB: Being evil.
DESCRIPTION: Meowth is a small, cat-like creature. He's also the only Pokemon that can speak English, as far as I know.
ACCOMPLICES: Jesse, James, the Boss.
ARCH-NEMESES: Pikachu or Ash.
KNOWN HIDEOUTS: Meowth roams free with the rest of Team Rocket.
PREVIOUS OFFENCES: Numerous attempted Poke-nappings..
BIO: Meowth is a talking...errr...well, a talking Meowth! It seems that he used to be one of the favourite Pokemon of "The Boss", but has lost his favour since. He now works with Jesse and James to try and catch more Pokemon for the Boss.
Interestingly, I'd have to say that Meowth is probably the most well-rounded character in Pokemon! Quite a feat for a character that started out as your typical "dopey henchman". Watch the episodes where Meowth explains how he learned to talk, or where he becomes Togepi's "nanny" to see what I mean.

Mojo Jojo

DAY JOB: Mad Scientist.
DESCRIPTION: Mojo Jojo is a monkey with a green face. His villain costume consists of a large white turban, a blue coat and white cape with matching boots and belt.
ACCOMPLICES: Him, Princess, and Fuzzy Lumpkins.
ARCH-NEMESES: The Powerpuff Girls.
KNOWN HIDEOUTS: His laboratory atop the Volcano in Townsville Central Park.
PREVIOUS OFFENCES: Bank robbing, attacking Townsville with a giant robot.
BIO: Mojo Jojo is the Powerpuff Girls' most common enemy. He is quite evil and likes to take advantage of his enemies moral and psychological weaknesses. Mojo Jojo has also unwittingly helped to bring the Powerpuff Girls to life in two different ways! He caused the accident that created the girls when he was Professor Utonium's lab monkey, the accident also gave him his incredible super genius.

Mom

DAY JOB: Entrepreneur, mascot for "Mom's Motor Oil".
DESCRIPTION: She's an elderly woman who wears a long, green dress...which is actually fake. She's really quite thin and likes to wear spandex, but it ruins her corporate image, so she wears the suit.
ACCOMPLICES: Her sons, Walt, Larry and Inger. Her army of robots, and Pamela Anderson (or Lee, whatever).
ARCH-NEMESIS: Frye.
KNOWN HIDEOUTS: Her office building and mansion.
PREVIOUS OFFENCES: Kidnapping, stealing Frye's bank card number, keeping the lubricating properties of the anchovie (one could keep a robot running forever!) a secret.
BIO: Mom first appeared as the lovable owner/mascot of "Mom's Motor Oil" (I hope I've got that right) on Futurama. She seems innocent, but she's really a manipulative, nasty old woman, with the potential to become one of the greatest Supervillains around.

DESCRIPTION: He's a well-dressed sorcerer, with a very pale complexion, and his right hand is missing, except for bone.

PREVIOUS OFFENCES: Aiding and abetting in turning a Sultan into gold, replacing humans with Mamlucks.
BIO: Mozenrath is probably the most popular villain from Disney's Aladdin T.V. Series. He's a sorcerer who enjoys collecting magic, and trying to destroy Aladdin.

Mr. Smartypants

DAY JOB: Waterpark attraction in Las Vegas.
DESCRIPTION: Dolphin.
ACCOMPLICES: The Dolphin Gang.
ARCH-NEMESIS: Soren and Fred (I think).
KNOWN HIDEOUTS: The Circus, a swimming pool somewhere in Las Vegas.
PREVIOUS OFFENCES: Attempted to steal the world's fish supplies with a fish magnet. Kidnapped and tortured Soren and Fred.
BIO: From the Tick, Mr. Smartypants is a dolphin who is sick and tired of writing hai-kus for his trainers, Soren and Fred. This led him to a life of crime, and led The Tick to a gambling addiction.
