PREVIOUS OFFENCES: Has successfully eaten numerous planets and their inhabitants. Attempted to eat the Earth, and took a bite out of the Earth's moon.
BIO: Omnipotus hails from "The Tick". He is a lonely giant who flies through space, eating planets (he took a bite out of the Earth's moon, in fact). What he never realized until The Tick set him straight is that the reason he has no friends is because he alwauys eats their planets before they get to know him.

PREVIOUS OFFENCES: Abduction and attempted eating of Santa Claus.
BIO: Oogey-Boogey is the villain, so to speak, from Tim Burton's movie, "The Nightmare Before Christmas" (which is very good). He is disliked even by the creepy inhabitants of Halloween Land.
