PREVIOUS OFFENCES: Numerous attempts at regicide.
BIO: Pelvus is Femur's slimy right-hand man in Shadow Raiders (War Planets). Pelvus plans to assasinate Femur, and Femur knows it. That's because assasination is the only way to ascend the throne on Planet Bone. But Femur's going to get some mileage out of Pelvus first. He treats him like a door-mat.

Penguin

DAY JOB: Full-time villain.
DESCRIPTION: He's a short fellow who likes to dress up in fancy clothes and a top-hat. He carries an umbrella with him wherever he goes.
ACCOMPLICES: The Joker, his birds.
ARCH-NEMESIS: Batman, I guess. He seems to have a bone to pick with two-face as well.
KNOWN HIDEOUTS: Arkham Asylum. Anywhere you can find birds.
PREVIOUS OFFENCES: Robbery, theft, etc.
BIO: The Penguin is one of the more popular villains from the various Batman comics, TV shows, and movies. He seems to be into petty theft mainly, but does take on bigger jobs now and then. He spends a lot of time with birds, and uses them as attack beasts when fighting the likes of Batman.

BIO: Pinky is The Brain's better half in their show, Pinky and The Brain. He is a happy fellow who helps brain in his conquests because he's a friend, although Pinky doesn't have any world-ruling ambitions himself.

BIO: Poison Ivy is a rabid ecologist living in Gotham City. She fights technological "progress" with an army of plants. She's known as a bit of a black widow; she wears poisonous lipstick that is harmless to her, but kills or paralyzes her lovers. She appears in the Batman cartoons, as well as "Batman and Robin", the fourth movie (well, not counting that corny old one.)
