DESCRIPTION: James has lovely blue hair, and wears an official Team Rocket uniform - snazzy!

KNOWN HIDEOUTS: None.
PREVIOUS OFFENCES: Trying to steal Pikachu, dressing like a girl. Various other attempted Pokemon heists
BIO: James is one part of "Team Rocket"; the villains from Pokemon. He actually seems to like being with Jesse and Meowth partially because he "fits in"...he's not quite as evil as Jesse, he just wants to be part of something.
QUOTES: "Team Rocket blast off at the speed of light! Surrender now, or prepare to fight!" (I can't think of a better quote than this!)

ALIAS: Like James, Jesse goes by many names.
DAY JOB: Villainess.
DESCRIPTION: If there's any person on the planet who's more stylish than James, it's Jesse! Perhaps if Team Rocket was as good at being bad as they are at being snazzy, they'd steal more Pokemon.
ACCOMPLICES: James, Meowth, The Boss.
ARCH-NEMESIS: Ash, Misty.
KNOWN HIDEOUTS: None - Team Rocket is all over the place!
PREVIOUS OFFENCES: Trying to steal Pikachu, being mean and nasty.
BIO: Jesse is partners with James and Meowth in Pokemon. She tends to be rather touchy about her appearance, not unlike Misty. In fact, the two seem to enjoy insulting each other once in a while. Jesse almost seems to be the "boss" of Meowth and James - she's definitely the most dominating member.
QUOTES: "Team Rocket is blasting off again!" (I still can't think of a good quote!)

The Joker

DESCRIPTION: Well, He's a clown that likes to dress in purple business suits...hard to miss, really.
ACCOMPLICES: Harley Quinn.
ARCH-NEMESIS: Batman.
KNOWN HIDEOUTS: He's all over the place!
PREVIOUS OFFENCES: Playing lots of really nasty (and illegal) practical jokes. Kidnapping that useless Detective Bullock, and hanging him over a shark tank in the aquarium.
BIO: The Joker is quite possibly Batman's arch-nemesis. He's been causing trouble for the Caped Crusader (ugh, I sound like an ad) for years in comic books, and he also hounded him in Batman: The Animated Series and Batman and Robin (the follow up to BtAS).

DESCRIPTION: He's a little kid with black hair, and he usually wears big glasses.
ACCOMPLICES: None.
ARCH-NEMESIS: Cybersix.
KNOWN HIDEOUTS: He often moves from one base to another, because Cybersix is always blowing up his headquarters.
PREVIOUS OFFENCES: Using mind control on a police officer, trying to rob a bank, running the largest organized crime ring in the city.
BIO: Jose is a genetically enchanced child created by an evil mad scientist to carry out dirty work. Currently, he is trying to destroy Cybersix (the heroine of the comic books and the TV series), but he isn't having much luck. Still, his ridiculous schemes are always fun to watch, and like most villains, he doesn't let failure get him down.
