There are hundreds of hotels in Cancun, all ranging in prices from several hundred american dollars a night (Ceasers Park) to free (The beach hahahaha). Here is a list of some of the many hotels from 6 star to 2 star as well as a nice hotel that I stayed in -- TheHoliday Inn Express. The price will depend a lot on where the hotel is positioned. A hotel on the beach will be twice as expensive as a hotel downtown. But downtown you will spend a lot on taxis getting to and from the beach. The Lagoona is better than downtown and the hotels there are very nice as well.
In addition, I have looked up many prices on the net, but I can't guarantee their accuracy, so just "assume" that the real price will be somewhere in the ballpark of what I put.
Please note! Many of the links have not been updated in months and although function, do not lead directly to a hotel (involving you to look through the site for your hotel). I apologize for this inconvenience, it is a very difficult task to keep them updated as these agents are CONSTANTLY changing and messing me up. Although the prices may be ok, it will be a pain in the butt if www.bestday.com and some others make it difficult to find your hotel!
